A combat veteran of the Marine Corps, Josh Boyer utilizes the skills he learned in the service, along with techniques he’s learned in his career as a carpenter, to create and manage the construction and various other aspects of installation art.

Over the past decade, he has been instrumental in creating combustible pieces, including The Man at Burning Man, at events all over the country. He has also assisted in fabrication of several art cars and pyrotechnic art.

His most regularly expressed medium is wooden sculptures, and he has experience in other media including pyrotechnic, 3D modeling, and metal fabrication.
